Watch D.O.G.S (Dads Of Great Students)
An initiative that invites fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and other father figures to volunteer at least one day at their student's school during the school year.
The following are the main goals of this program -
To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.
To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.

At Bright Academy, by being a member of the Watch D.O.G.S. you can create a positive impact at the campus in the following ways -
Greet students as during morning drop off as they get out of the car (7:20 - 7:45 AM)
Spend 1/2 day at the school doing the following -
Help with arrival or dismissal
Be on the Bright Broadcast with your student
Check all exit doors
Play games in the pod
Recess and lunch with your student
